I am in my ninth week and as energetic and going as I was in my fourth and fifth week. The lesson I would like to share is that if tragedy occurs do everything in your body for life power to persevere through it. Because when things that arise that you have no control over, don't get discouraged just make sure that you are prepared. Life is a roll coaster, ups downs, pulls you this way or that way but the most important thing we can rely on is our attitude, it will make or break you.

cant go wrong. I started it on the 9th and love the recipes in the book. I am down 7+ pounds in only 1.5 weeks. Use the book in combination with BFL and you will get results, Hard not too!

My husband and I started eating from the "eating for life" cookbook about 3 weeks ago. we have had a different meal every night since. and they all are delicious and easy to do. we were tired of the same old food, needed a change. and we are not sorry we have. My husband has lost 8 lbs. already and we are never hungry. looking forward to more new recipes.
