Toughest Eating Obstacle Overcome: Controlling my portion sizes was tough at first. I was so used to eating very large amounts of food. After a few weeks of eating portion-controlled meals, however, my stomach adjusted. Now I’m rarely hungry or full—I just feel satisfied.
